Gratuity

*An automatic gratuity of 20% will be applied to tables consisting of 6 or more guests.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 12 hours of the reservation time, or No Call/No Show reservations, will be charged a $20 + applicable tax per guest on the reservation. Any waiver of its fee is at the sole discretion of the manager or owner on duty.

FAQs

Are there vegetarian/Vegan options?

Yes, the menu does include vegan/vegetarian-friendly dishes such as cauliflower steak, salads, and other seasonal options. If you have strict vegan needs, calling ahead to ask about plant-based preparations or substitutions is a good idea.

Is there a private dining area?

Gaskins on Emma does not have a dedicated private dining area, but an open floor plan. For large parties or social events, please contact us directly to discuss seating options.

What is pavé?

It refers to a thinly sliced potato, layered and compressed into a rectangular cut that looks like a “paved” stone slab. This is served with all steaks, prime rib, and porkchop.

What is “shared for the table” on the Family Style Menu?

Shared for the table implies portions sized to serve the whole group with large platters or bowls. Guests pass the dishes around and take what they want. This is a way for guests to sample all the dishes served on the specified menu tier.

Is there a dress code?

There is no set dress code enforced at Gaskins, but guests often opt for smart casual or dressier attire to match the elevated vibe. Formal or casual attire is welcome.

Are outside desserts or cakes allowed?

Outside desserts and cakes are allowed. There is a $3.00 plating fee per head for the table.

Is there a corkage fee?

Yes, the corkage fee is $30.00 per bottle.

Where can we park?

Parking is available on and around Emma Street and in a shared parking lot located behind the building on W. Johnson Street. There is a glass backdoor open to the public that gives access to the building.
