Lisa Provencio-Jones and Bert Jones, the long-time owners of Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse in Eureka Springs, are excited to announce their expansion into downtown Springdale. After years of searching, we have found the perfect location on Emma Avenue. Gaskins on Emma will be on the ground floor of the former 1st Security Bank building. We are looking forward to being part of the vibrant Downtown Springdale business community. We have already met so many great people in Springdale and know we will meet many more.

While we can’t bring our historic log cabin to downtown Springdale, we can bring our signature Prime Rib, char-grilled steaks, and world-famous mushroom soup. We look forward to serving you in our new location.
