Please note that:
• Tables seating two guests are allotted 1.5 hours.
• Tables seating four to six guests are allotted 1.75 hours.
• If you would like to visit longer, please consider booking our 7:30 or 9pm seatings as they do not have reservations following those times.

This timing allows us to accommodate all reservations seamlessly throughout the evening. You can make your reservation online or phone in.

Lisa Provencio-Jones and Bert Jones, the longtime owners of Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse in Eureka Springs, are proud to announce the opening of Gaskins on Emma in downtown Springdale, Arkansas.  Gaskins on Emma is the newest steakhouse in Northwest Arkansas and has been met with critical acclaim.  In addition to delicious steaks and our signature Prime Rib, we also offer a variety of fish, pasta, and chicken dishes.  We also have a Small Bites menu, served exclusively in our lounge.  An extensive wine and spirits menu is complimented by wide selection of high quality bourbons, and our bartenders can expertly craft delicious cocktails and mocktails.
